In Přelouč, patient health is a top priority for us. We manufacture innovative all-in-one tube systems for minimally invasive medicine.
These connect patients to insufflators or pumps – medical technology devices also manufactured by Novanta – to enable medical gases and liquids to flow smoothly during a surgical procedure. All tube systems are developed by us in conjunction with doctors.
We manufacture them in our own cleanroom and pack them carefully – a fascinating process laden with responsibility. Maybe one day soon, we’ll be able to count on your help.

In-depth Expertise - Brief History
1992
It was established in the current location in 1992 as a production site for other single-use medical products.
2022
To encourage further growth, Novanta has acquired local company MPH and founded Novanta Medical as a vital part of its “Medical Solutions” segment.
2023
There are currently almost 300 employees – and we are still looking for new colleagues to strengthen the team, Novanta and the region.

How to find Us
Our address is Pardubická Street 1571. The site has excellent transport links, thanks to the immediate proximity of the D11 motorway and public transport stops. The train station is around 10 minutes’ walk away. Pardubice is around 20 minutes away by car. One benefit of the complex is the convenient option to park directly at the building.

We have put together for you the most important steps in the application process in an overview.
Here we differentiate between technical and non-technical positions:
Steps for
technical Positions
- A recruiter will contact you. They’ll ask more questions, investigate your experience and expectations, find out your earliest potential start date and check your salary expectations.
- If everything lines up, we’ll arrange an appointment with you for an interview.
- You’ll have a face-to-face chat with our HR Manager and Hiring Manager.
- Next, you’ll have a technical interview with your future team, ideally on the same day.
- In exceptional cases, for example for management positions or positions abroad, there’ll be an additional interview or a Skype call with the relevant candidates.
Steps for
non-technical Positions
- A recruiter will contact you. They’ll ask more questions, investigate your experience and expectations, find out your earliest potential start date and check your salary expectations.
- If everything lines up, we’ll arrange an appointment with you for an interview.
- You’ll have a face-to-face chat with our HR Generalist and Hiring Manager. For Assembly workers you will firstly participate in a test day to try out your future job under the supervision of supervisors.
- Selected candidates will also have a face-to-face meeting or telephone call with their futuredepartmental manager.
